1. Privacy and Data Security
At BD Gadget Bazar, we value your privacy. We collect billing names, delivery addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers exclusively to process customer shipments, track invoices, and communicate purchase statuses. We do not store credit card numbers or wallet PINs on our servers. All digital payments are routed securely through secure partners like SSLCommerz and authorized MFS portals.
2. 7-Day Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or broken product, you are entitled to a free replacement. You must report any damage within 7 days of delivery by contacting our helpline or submitting a Contact Us message. The original box, invoice receipt, and all accessories must be returned intact for validation.
3. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Customers can cancel orders from their dashboards prior to shipment. Once an order is marked as "Shipped", cancellation is not supported. For pre-paid orders, refunds will be initiated through the original payment medium (bKash/Nagad/Cards) within 7-10 working days after confirmation.
